Yes, all of our products are gluten-free.

We source the highest quality ingredients, however, not everything is certified organic. A small portion of our herbs are wildcrafted or locally sourced from growers who grow organically but who are not certified organic by the USDA. All organic herbs are labeled with an asterisk.*

We offer free shipping for US domestic orders over $75.*
Free shipping may be included in some promotions.
*Order subtotal must be above $75 after applying discount codes.

Yes, orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled. All order cancellations incur a 10% restocking fee.

We cannot make any adjustments to orders after they have been placed, so please double check your order to make sure that all items, discount codes, billing, and shipping information are correct prior to checkout.

Orders are fulfilled in the order in which they are received and according to product availability. Typically, fulfillment takes 1-3 business days (M-F), but fulfillment time may be closer to 3-5 business days.
Once an order is shipped, there can be delays with the couriers themselves due to the overabundance of packages in transit. As such, we're not able to guarantee when an order will arrive at its destination, nor are we able to offer any refunds on shipping.

Unfortunately no, we do not accept returns at this time as our products are consumable.

Unfortunately no, we do not yet offer international shipping outside of the United States. However, we plan to in the future.

Please email us at hello@forestandether.com to file a claim for the damaged item. For full acceptance of a damaged goods claim, we need photo evidence and adequate proof of damage provided by the customer. Please include photos of all sides of the box the package was shipped in, the inner packaging, and the damaged item itself.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not satisfied with a product, start by submitting a claim to hello@forestandether.com. We don’t currently offer returns, however, we will do our best to help make things right.
Discount codes

Discount codes are applied at checkout in the " Discount Code " box. Most discounts will not apply to subscription orders unless otherwise stated.
