Every drink we create is an experience in flavor, aroma, and intention, celebrating nature through thoughtfully curated botanical profiles. We work closely with you to design a custom menu unique to your event, crafted from foraged and organically grown ingredients and our house-made botanical syrups, shrubs, tinctures, and elixirs.     Elevate your classic gin and tonic experience with the magic of our Elden Tonic. This sparkling delight merges the potent antiviral properties of elderberry with the zesty uplift of fresh ginger and cucumber. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet moment or entertaining guests, this drink is designed to refresh your senses and fortify your immune system.

    Ingredients

    • 1-2 tablespoons Elden Tonic

    • 6-8oz Bubbly Mineral Water (for a refreshing fizz)

    • A splash of Fresh Ginger Juice (to invigorate and balance)

    • Cucumber Slices or Lime Wedges (for garnish)
