For the past seven years, I have studied the art of herbal medicine through the Botanologos School of Herbal Studies, Bastyr University, and The School of Evolutionary Herbalism. Meet the farm animals, explore the sun-drenched gardens, and learn to bring the abundance and vitality of summer plants into your everyday herbal practice.
Location: Ivy Rose Farm in Clermont, Georgia
Ivy Rose Farm is a working animal farm run by Laura and Bernie, a dedicated husband-and-wife team. Nestled on over 30 acres of lush forest and pastureland, the farm specializes in producing fresh goat milk and eggs while nurturing a diverse array of wild edible and medicinal plant species.
